Dr. Lizette Leos serves as the Chief Scientific Officer for Stemtech Corporation, bringing over a decade of expertise in regenerative medicine, cellular health, and nutrigenomics to the global leadership team. Since joining the organization in 2017, she has been a driving force behind the scientific validation and educational development of Stemtech’s "stemceuticals™" - all-natural, plant-based, non-GMO supplements designed to support the body’s innate regenerative processes.
Dr. Leos is dedicated to advancing the future of longevity and anti-aging through evidence-driven innovation. Her work focuses on demonstrating how plant-based nutrition can activate the body’s natural capacity for repair and renewal without synthetic or chemical interventions. As CSO, she leads the company’s global scientific governance, ensuring that every product aligns with rigorous regulatory standards and scientific integrity.
Based in Guadalajara, Mexico, Dr. Leos holds a prestigious academic background tailored to the science of cellular health:- Medical Degree: Universidad Guadalajara Lamar (2007).
- Postgraduate Fellowship: Molecular Nutrition and Smart Food Design from Tecnológico de Monterrey (2018).

Srilakshmi Vadlapatla
Chief Financial Officer
Srilakshmi Vadlapatla is the Chief Financial Officer of Stemtech Corporation, where she leads the company’s global finance, accounting, and compliance functions. She brings over 15 years of experience in U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting, multinational consolidations, SEC compliance, and strategic financial planning.As CFO, she plays a key role in strengthening financial discipline, optimizing processes, and supporting Stemtech’s international growth. Her proven track record spans financial planning, earnings analysis, external audits, and the development of robust financial policies and internal controls. Earlier in her career, she also provided boutique accounting services, advising diverse clients on risk assessment, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and governance best practices.

General Manager, Ecuador
Alexandra García is a distinguished leader in sales, administration, training, and leadership development, with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Since April 2015, she has been part of the Stemtech team in Ecuador, responsible for business management and expansion. Her focus is on developing effective sales strategies for the company's growth in the local market.Before joining Stemtech, Alexandra García held strategic positions in renowned companies, where she excelled in developing new directors and training sales teams. Her experience in the sales sector and her ability to lead teams have significantly contributed to the success of the organizations she has worked for.
She holds a degree in Business Administration. Her academic qualifications, combined with her extensive experience in the field, position her as an expert in business management and sales strategy development.
Throughout her career, she has taught numerous courses and workshops in various fields, contributing to the professional development of entrepreneurs in the industry. Her commitment to ongoing training and empowering others is evident in her work.
Her vision is focused on cellular nutrition, business development, and the growth of Ecuador, convinced of the significant potential to transform lives and create business opportunities for entrepreneurs throughout the country.
Magdalena Muñoz
Business Development Manager, Mexico
Magdalena Muñoz Torres has a degree in Business Administration and has built a professional career marked by perseverance, leadership, and a passion for personal and collective growth.She began her career in the banking sector, where over the course of 10 years, she gained experience in finance, customer service, and administrative management. This period allowed her to develop analytical and strategic skills that would later be key in her career.
Later, she discovered in direct sales and networking a space where she could combine her entrepreneurial spirit with her leadership skills. For 15 years, she has built and led high-performance teams, reaching leadership positions such as Divisional Manager, achieving monthly sales exceeding 80 million pesos.
At STEMTECH, a company where she has served as Business Development Manager (BDM) for over 10 years, Magdalena has been instrumental in the organization's growth, consolidating expansion strategies and training leaders.
Her passion for inspiring others led her to organize training and motivational events for over 1,500 people, in addition to becoming a speaker and motivator, conveying messages of self-improvement and focus. Committed to human development, she became certified as a Life Coach using NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), integrating these tools into her personal and professional life. She also ventured into the field of communications as the host and producer of a radio show, where she shares knowledge, experiences, and positive messages.
Throughout her life, Magdalena has demonstrated that success is built with discipline, vision, and passion. Today, her mission is to continue transforming lives, guiding others to discover their potential and achieve extraordinary results in all areas of their lives.
